Raquel Levis of Vanderpump Rules has checked into a mental health facility — amid the continuing fallout from her relationship with Tom Sandoval.
The reality star, 28. With Sandoval, 39, ended his nine-year romance with Ariana Madix, 36, in March, she opted to enter the voluntary facility before her affair was discovered, according to reports. ET.
A source said: ‘Raquel and her family decided before finding out about the affair that they would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling.
She was set to go on a pre-reunion reunion but decided she wanted to end her commitment to the shoot. Bravo and the productions have been knowledgeable and supportive of her journey toward better mental health.
A rep for Levis added that she has not been in a facility for substance abuse issues.

Last month, Levis released a statement revealing that she was analyzing her behavior and talking to a counselor after the affair was revealed.
“I’m reflecting on my choices,” she said, “talking to a counselor and learning things about myself like codependency patterns and addictions to being and feeling loved.”
I have sought emotional validation through unhealthy intimate relationships regardless of my own personal happiness, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing intimacy over my friendships. I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.
It comes after Sandoval revealed that he and Levi’s had put the brakes on their sexuality, after their months-long affair was revealed in March.
After the recent end of his nine-year relationship with Madix over his infidelity, the innkeeper reveals that they are “kind of taking a break.”
“We don’t put any labels on it,” said reality star on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast.
When asked if the 67-year-old comedian was still friends “with benefits,” Sandoval denied that they were still romantically involved.
“Not now,” the rocker, who is on the cover band Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, told listeners after insisting he and the former pageant queen were still “good friends.”

As for how their relationship blossomed from platonic to intimate, Sandoval opened up about his attraction to Levi’s as he and Madix, 37, split after nearly a decade together.
“We were at my house, I didn’t come out of my house while we were talking and kissing,” he recalls. It was magnetic. We were getting closer and as we were talking, time flew by, and we were getting closer and closer and closer, and all of a sudden, we’re kissing. I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time, like my passion.
He went on to explain how he and Madix started living their own lives and that their romance had become stale.
We’ve been together for nine years, obviously built a house, worked together and everything. We were a brand. And like many relationships, it has become more akin to best friend/family/roommates status sometimes.
The Missouri native said that their relationship in general was “just lacking in intimacy” and “connection”.
He felt that they stayed together in order to “keep the optics (which) are strong” for their reality show and other business endeavors.
We had each other’s backs, sure, and that was nice. He said about Madix there was safety and stability.
Before reaching the age of forty, he recalled that he thought his life “looked so bleak” and began to think that his “best years were behind.”
I started to lose my optimism in life and my motivation. I felt like I needed to make a change to feel alive again, to feel excited, to feel optimistic again,” Sandoval admitted.
Prior to his affair, he said his “confidence was gone” and that any sexual experience with him would be the equivalent of hooking up with a “19-year-old” during his “second time” where he lost his “game”.
Sandoval claimed “I’m not saying it’s (Ariana’s) fault, we didn’t have that intimacy.”
After hearing his guest side, Mandel urged fans to “sympathize and sympathize” with Sandoval, who previously said he feels “one of the most hated people in America” for Madicks’ betrayal.
The America’s Got Talent judge told listeners, “You should be heard because the novel is everyone’s business but yours.” “I don’t understand hate and vitriol.”
While the father-of-three stated that he wasn’t “condoning cheating on a partner,” he did raise eyebrows as he said the amount of backlash Sandoval received was baffling.

The reality star took to Instagram to share a stunning snap of herself with a lengthy caption addressing the scandal while thanking her friends including her co-stars for their support during what she described as her “darkest hours.”
She wrote: “Hi. Where do we begin? I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support I have received from friends, family and people I’ve never met in the past two weeks.
When I felt I couldn’t even stand up, they all gave me the strength to keep going and saw me through my darkest hours. To say I was devastated and broken is an understatement. However, I know I am not alone in this.
Since so many Vanderpump Rules co-stars past and present have publicly supported her including Scheana Shay, Kristen Doute, and even Leviss’ ex James Kennedy, she made sure to thank those who were there for her.
Madix continued: Many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and are experiencing this betrayal on so many levels. I am so lucky to have the best support system in the world and I hope I can repay everyone for the love you have shown me.

Sandoval, who is also a business partner with Tom Schwartz, wrote on his Instagram that his rep only learned of his infidelity “recently” and “did not condone” his actions.
On March 11, Sandoval apologized for cheating on Ariana Madix with Levis on social media. He vowed to “reflect and work on myself” in the aftermath of the infidelity.
Then he asked his followers not to express their anger at his business partner Tom Schwartz, as well as at his family and friends.
“Hi, I completely understand and deserve your anger and disappointment towards me, but please leave Schwartz and my friends and family out of this situation…” he wrote.
He continued, “This was something very personal. Also, my name may be on Schwartz and Sandy, but there are also 3 other partners and 20 employees, who depend specifically on the restaurant for income for themselves and their families,” Sandoval said, referring to his new pub and TomTom, which opened back in 2018.
A source recently told Page Six that Sandoval and Levis had intended to report the affair to Madix for “weeks.”
They waited so long, that Madix ended up discovering their secret herself when she discovered Levi’s texts on Sandoval’s phone.
Insiders claimed that Maddix watched a lewd selfie video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone while she was at the concert venue.
Upon examining his scripts, she saw that Sandoval and Levis were corresponding in a way people called “inappropriate.”
Sandoval and Madix reportedly met on Friday after she learned of the relationship and had a dramatic confrontation about their split in front of the Vanderpump Rules cameras, as reported by TMZ.
A production source told DailyMail.com: ‘There is more to this story to be revealed in the coming weeks but not everything is as it seems, however, it is true that Tom and Raquel have been working together.
