Former NFL wide receiver Randall Cobb has retired and… Join the SEC Network as an analyst for a college football studio.
Cobb, 33, who played for the Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans and New York Jets during a 13-year NFL career, was selected in the second round of the 2011 draft out of Kentucky.
In his 166 NFL games, Cobb recorded 630 receptions for 7,624 yards and 54 touchdowns. He was named to the NFL All-Rookie Team in 2011, the Pro Bowl in 2014 and the NFL Top 100 in 2015.
One of Aaron Rodgers’ favorite targets during their time together in Green Bay, Cobb caught 496 balls from Rodgers for 5,943 yards and 49 touchdowns in 121 games.

During his three-year college career with the Wildcats, Cobb was named a first-team All-American and two-time first-team All-SEC. A member of the University of Kentucky Hall of Fame, he caught 144 balls for 1,661 yards and 13 touchdowns as a wide receiver and added 1,313 rushing yards for 22 touchdowns. He played in 11 games at quarterback during his freshman year and earned SEC All-Freshmen honors.
Cobb will be a part of “SEC Now” and “Out of Pocket” throughout the fall.
