And AFL WAG Julie Neale looked ecstatic when she went for a walk with her parents in Brisbane the next day.

The blond beauty beamed from ear to ear as she showed off her baby bump in sportswear.

She dressed comfortably for the walk in black leggings and a baggy white T-shirt.

The expectant mother had no makeup and tied her blonde locks in a ponytail.

She also wore a protective face mask, which is now mandatory in all indoor areas in Brisbane.

On Tuesday, 27-year-old Lachie shared a photo of himself kissing his wife’s baby belly on Instagram.

‘Can’t wait to meet your little girl,’ the Brisbane Lions midfielder wrote in the caption, alongside a baby emoji and a pink ribbon.

Jules also shared the same photo on Instagram, affectionately calling their unborn child ‘Baby Neale’.

She wrote in the long caption, “We’ve dreamed of meeting you for a long time, little one.

“The journey to you made me realize that I am stronger than I ever thought I could be and that I can do anything with your father’s support.

‘You were well worth the wait and I am so willing to hold you in my arms and be your mother,’ she added, before sending ‘extra love’ to other women trying to conceive, saying, ‘ You are so strong, I see you, I am you. ‘

The couple’s friends and family congratulated the couple on their exciting news, including Jessie Murphy, the wife of AFL star Marc Murphy, who wrote: ‘Congratulations two.’

Lachie and Jules were married in Perth in November 2018.
