Rachel showed off her impeccable street style throughout the trip, pairing mama jeans with the tan overcoat and a nude top underneath.

With a chunky gold chain and her £ 945 designer purse, emblazoned with the words ‘Rive Gauche Saint Laurent’, she was a true style master.

Her outing was dampened when the skies opened for a moment, though Rachel kept her trendy sunglasses off despite the cloudy moment.

Her appearance comes shortly after Rachel said she has weekly therapy sessions after ‘growing up’ in the spotlight with S Club 7.

The singer enjoyed overnight success with the pop group after their formation in 1997, when she was only 19 years old.

The group is said to have four UK number one singles, a number one album and moderate success in the United States before breaking up in 2003.

But Rachel admits she struggled to adapt after being catapulted into the public eye with bandmates Hannah Spearritt, Jo O’Meara, Jon Lee, Paul Cattermole, Bradley McIntosh and Tina Barrett.

She appeared on Loose Women remotely saying, ‘In a band like S Club we were marketed to a very young audience and it was very shiny and happy and everyone saw the kind of finished polished product and we were very packed.

Under all that, I had a lot of my things going on and my emotions and my things going on.

‘Once the cameras are on and [you’re] going and singing [hit single] Reaching out, putting on a smile and putting on a show… but of course a lot happens behind the scenes. ‘

The singer also admitted to seeing a therapist regularly after initially attending group therapy sessions during the divorce and subsequent divorce from her parents when she was a child.

She said, ‘I actually had personal therapy when I was 18/19. That’s when I first got therapy and felt like I really needed to talk about all my things that were going on that I really needed to understand. ‘

Despite being happily married to her husband Alex Bourne since 2009, she insisted that her emotional vulnerability demands that she hand out to someone outside of the family circle.

“I have weekly therapy,” she said. ‘I need it as that kind of outlet. I think I am someone who has always been concerned, someone who thinks a lot, someone who internalizes a lot and is incredibly emotional and sensitive.

‘I think I need that person, of course I speak to my best friends, my husband, but other than that, having that person who is not that close just gives me that outlet to be recognized and understand anything like that not so is emotional connection, which is very important to me. ‘

She added, “It’s so weird growing up in an industry where you see pictures of yourself all the time… constantly see pictures of yourself that I think are really unhealthy.

‘I entered S Club feeling quite insecure, didn’t really know who I was and grew up in public. I think all that stuff plays in everything. ‘
