The Marvelous Mrs. Masel debuts in 2017, following Midge Maisel (Brosnahan), a New York City housewife who discovers she has a talent for stand-up comedy.
The first season began in 1958 with subsequent seasons continuing into the early 1960s.
The final season follows Midge as she “finds herself closer than ever to the success she dreamed of, only to discover that closer than ever is still a long way off.”
The new season will also see the return of Kelly Bishop’s enigmatic Milo Ventimiglia and Benedetta.
