Rachel Brosnahan of the wonderful Mrs. Maisel shows off a tight tummy in knitted lingerie

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star Rachel Brosnahan showed off her taut stomach in a black knit bra top and shorts for a new spread styled by ‘image architect’ Law Roach and photographed by the Tyler Twins.

“In magazines like Health, I’m always jealous when I read about people getting up and exercising every morning. I’m shouting from the rooftops that I’ve found that impossible,” the 31-year-old Emmy winner admitted in the December issue of health magazine.

‘I’ve never been able to have a regular routine. Once I realized it was okay for my physical health journey not to look like other people’s, it was about finding ways to do what I can, when I can. I travel a lot for work and my hours are super inconsistent.

‘I use an app that allows you to walk into different classes, wherever you are. I was recently [filming] in New Mexico and started doing Pilates, which I love. I notice a big difference in my posture and core strength.’

Hairstylist Owen Gould cut Rachel’s brunette waves and makeup artist Lisa Aharon got her ready for her close-up.

‘[I’m] getting better at saying no and setting limits on my personal time,” Brosnahan noted.

“As I get older I really believe you can have everything, I just don’t believe you can have everything at once. Accepting that has made me so much softer with myself and with the people around me, as we all try to navigate what that balance looks like for ourselves too.”

The Wisconsin-born beauty also called therapy “the best thing,” and she’s thankful she has access to it because “it should be more accessible to everyone.”

On July 2, Rachel officially concluded the fourth season of her hit Amazon series, in which she plays stand-up comedian Miriam “Midge” Maisel.

“I am in such awe of this crew who had each other’s backs and kept each other safe during this strange and challenging time in the world outside our bubble,” wrote Brosnahan – who has 1.2 million followers on social media. Instagram.

“We’ve been working here since January and can’t wait to share the season with you.”

The I’m Your Woman actress called Maisel “one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received.”

“It was fun to see how people continued to develop these characters over time,” Rachel told Health.

“I’m excited by the fact that I’m still terrified. Every time I get a new script, every time I get on set, I’m terrified. And that’s a rare gift of four seasons in something.”

This season’s guest stars will be Milo Ventimiglia and Brosnahan’s five-year-old husband, Jason Ralph, who plays a mysterious character in two episodes.
