She recently hit back at critics online who accused her of “underfeeding” her two children by rarely allowing them to eat processed or sugary foods.

And model Rachael Finch, 34, looked anything but despondent while promoting her brand of collagen powder at a Myer department store in Sydney on Saturday.

The mother-of-two was seen smiling and laughing as she sprayed her wares and chatted with customers at a busy kiosk on the store floor.

Looking fit and fabulous, the former Miss Universe showed off her athletic figure in a white crop top, matching high-waisted pants and strappy heels.

She wore full face makeup and allowed her brown locks to fall in loose waves.

The sighting comes two days after Rachael lashed out at a troll who said he was “abusing” her children by “underfeeding” them.

Rachael is extremely passionate about health and rarely allows her children Violet, eight, and Dominic, five, to eat unhealthy food.

One of her followers on social media cruelly commented on the way she feeds her children, stating that it will lead to eating disorders when they are older.

“Hi Rachael, I have been following you for years, I have purchased most of your kissed earth products, however I must say that what you feed your children is a form of child abuse,” they wrote.

They are malnourished and extremely underweight. Please feed them more. You are denying them a childhood.

“I have no doubt that Violet will develop some sort of eating disorder with what you feed her,” they continued.

‘I will no longer buy your products (no matter how good they are).’

Rachel, who shares her two children with her husband, dancer Michael Miziner, took a screenshot of the comment and posted it to her Instagram page to mock the troll.

The mother-of-two was furious at the accusation, calling the comments dangerous.

“I feel lucky because I have the emotional support at home to help me deal with these kinds of comments,” the star raged.

‘But for those who don’t, this could be dangerous. Even though this person has no idea about our son’s well-being, apart from some food posts I make from time to time, he plays with his thoughts and feelings,” he continued.

‘This post is simply a reminder to think twice before speaking or writing.

‘You don’t have to agree with everyone, but you should keep your potentially damaging comments to yourself.

‘Spread kindness instead, please,’ she finished.

Many of Rachael’s friends and fans jumped into the comments section to defend her.

Fitness influencer Ashy Bines wrote: ‘Am I overusing them by feeding them organic, unprocessed, nutrient-dense meals? Wow, you’re doing amazing and your kids are so healthy!!!’

While chef Miguel Maestre commented: ‘The haters are going to hate, don’t worry about it, don’t give it any of your time.
