The mother of two enjoys a smoothie for breakfast, consisting of almond milk, avocado, frozen banana, spinach, a scoop of Kissed Earth Replenish Protein in vanilla or chocolate and nut butter.
‘I can’t live without my collagen coffee either. It’s a black coffee mixed with a scoop of collagen powder, medicinal mushrooms, and maca powder, “she said.
For lunch, Rachael has put together a ‘macro bowl’ with eggs, grilled broccoli, kale, brown rice, slices of tomato and some avocado.
The dinner consists of grilled fish and steamed vegetables with roasted baby chat potatoes, with the aim of balancing the proteins, carbohydrates and fats in her meals.
