Rachael Finch has put her young children Violet, eight, and Dominic, five, to work in her health supplements factory during the school holidays.

The former Miss Universe Australia winner, 36, shared a clip on Instagram on Monday capturing young people hard at work packing boxes of her Kissed Earth line.

The brothers were kitted out in high-visibility gear as they carefully stacked the supplies into cardboard boxes while their mother supervised.

Rachael was heard looking after her children as they worked hard in the factory and appreciatively told them, “Good job, thank you” after they finished packing.

The beautiful girl was then seen demonstrating how to strategically load the boxes to ensure maximum storage, while her children watched attentively.

“We have the best team that has ever existed,” he captioned one video.

Rachael shares her children with her dancer husband Michael Miziner, whom she met on the set of Dancing With The Stars in 2010.

This comes after the Australian TV presenter was recently criticised by fans when she shared a video of herself jogging behind Violet as she shouted words of encouragement during a cross-country race.

Rachael responded to the criticism in a subsequent Instagram video, insisting she was simply “motivating her daughter to do the best she can.”

“Just a quick message to anyone who wants to criticize me or attack me personally for wanting to support, encourage and motivate my daughter to do the best she can,” she said.

‘Just a couple of things. One, check the data. And two, check back in about eight years, when Violet is an adult, to see how she’s progressed.’

Journalists Amy, Kate and Sophie Taeuber attacked the blogger on their podcast Outspoken, describing her approach as “next level” and arguing that she could have “put off” other young people in the race.

They noted that there would have been a lot of children running after Rachael, given that Violet came 12th out of 100.

Finch often responds passionately to comments about her parenting, previously responding to trolls who accused her of “underfeeding” her children with a “strict” diet.

In April, she was branded an “almond mom” and accused of “endangering” her children after sharing a video of herself making them “naked burgers” with lettuce instead of buns. An angry Rachael called the accusation “funny.”
