The Miss Universe Australia winner turned fitness influencer, 35, documented her stay in a series of photos posted to Instagram, including one of her hooked up to an IV fluid bag.

“When (my husband) Misha and I met, I used to get bad migraines,” she wrote in the caption.

They haven’t greeted us in years. However, this felt much worse. No matter what they gave me yesterday at the hospital, the headache persisted.”

Rachael then revealed that doctors had given her a full check-up with scans and a sample of cerebrospinal fluid, before telling her to rest and work on her recovery.

This procedure is often called a “lumbar puncture” and involves inserting a needle into the lower back to collect fluid for testing or administering medications, which helps in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions.

‘The doctors took nice photographs of my chest and re-examined me for all the classic diseases. They also obtained a sample of my cerebrospinal fluid. No stress, just needed a little more love from the people in blue.

‘What started as a fever and headache turned into what felt like a bomb about to explode in my head.
