Payday lending giant CashEuroNet UK, which owns Quick Quid and Pounds To Pocket, is ranked as the most complained about banking and credit issues.
In the first six months of 2018, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) received 4,692 complaints about the company – and almost seven out of ten complaints were confirmed in favor of the customer.
Barclays is the most complained about bank and second worst company in general, with 4,633 complaints about its banking services.
The Ombudsman decided in favor of the customers in 28 percent of cases.
Payday lender Wonga, who collapsed in August, was in third place of the FOS.
