Queen Letizia of Spain was a sight to behold today, as she stepped out in an elegant white co-ord to attend an event in the Spanish capital.

The glamorous monarch, 50, cut a classy figure during a solo trip to the ninth ‘European Conferences on Tobacco or Health’ in Madrid, Spain.

Ever the style queen, the monarch once again stunned onlookers in the dazzling white, waist-cinching two-piece, which was custom-made last year by the seamstress of the Royal Palace.

The mother-of-two was first spotted in the sneaky number at Madrid’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in March 2022.

Exuding regal excellence, she paired a white satin blouse with a matching midi skirt featuring striking side slits and dramatic sleeves.

Confident, she sauntered around the room in a recycled pair of sky-blue slingback heels from Spanish designer Magrit, pairing them with a matching sky-blue handbag.

Ever the fashionista, she accessorized her look with a pair of silver drop-down earrings, beautifully adorned with a touch of light blue, as well as a simplified gold ring she showed off on her index finger.

The royal family styled her lustrous locks into a voluminous side part that gracefully brushed her cheeks as she smiled at the camera.

Her natural beauty was enhanced by a dusty peach eye shadow, combined with a touch of mascara and a subtle shimmery nude lip.

It is not the first time that the Queen has attended the European Conferences on Tobacco or Health – also known as the ECToH – which she also attended in 2017.

The ECToH takes place every three years and brings together more than 600 influential advocates, such as researchers, scientists and healthcare professionals working on aspects of tobacco control from across Europe.

This year’s ECToH will take place from 26 to 28 April 2023 and will focus on the next generation by aiming for a tobacco-free generation, in which less than five percent of Europe uses tobacco by 2040.

Queen Letizia, pictured as meeting guests, supported the conference by giving a speech about improving current tobacco policies, while also making time to greet the rest of the guests in attendance.

Her latest outing marks a very busy week for the monarch, after being at another official engagement on Tuesday.

The Queen and her husband, King Felipe, 55, welcomed guests at the Royal Palace in Madrid for a luncheon honoring members of the world’s literature of the ‘Miguel de Cervantes’ Literature Prize.

The prestigious Miguel de Cervantes Prize is awarded annually to one writer to celebrate a lifetime of work, and this year it has been awarded to Venezuelan poet Rafael Cadenas, 93.

The Miguel de Cervantes Prize is one of the most coveted in Spanish literature and has awarded an award to an esteemed writer at the University of Alcalá de Henares every April since its launch in 1974.

The candidates are nominated by the Spanish Royal Academy and by former prize winners. The president of the jury is the Spanish Minister of Culture.

Ever the royal beauty, the mother-of-two stunned in a form-fitting, ankle-length dress by Spanish brand Lady Pipa, in the color ‘Terrazzo Rose’.

Meanwhile, King Felipe was as smart as ever in a sleek three-piece suit and royal blue tie.
