Queen Letizia of Spain once again proved her fashion prowess and frugal style at a United World Colleges (UWC) meeting at Madrid’s Zarzuela Palace.
The royal mother of two, 49, joined her husband, King Felipe, at the event, opting for a striking patterned Hugo Boss dress that she wore to the Madrid book fair earlier in September 2021.
UWC is a global network of schools and educational programs with the shared mission of ‘making education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future’.
It has 18 schools and colleges on four continents, most of which cater solely to the 16-19 age group, including UWC Atlantic College, which is home to Letizia’s daughter, Princess Leonor.
Following in the footsteps of Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, the future Queen studies at the boarding school, located in the 12th-century St. Donat’s Castle known as the ‘Hippie Hogwarts’ in Wales.

Letizia looked quintessentially stylish for the occasion in the Hugo Boss number – a navy blue form-fitting dress laced with splashes of light colors.
She paired it with bright fuchsia heels and kept her accessories to a minimum by wearing a discreet pair of gold hoop earrings.
