The Spanish royal, 46, looked just as polished as she posed in the Ilunion Tower in the city for a forum to discuss the inclusion of a disability in news media.
The mother of two wore a black dress with star print and lace details over the top combined with a bold, white blazer.
She completed her outfit with a simple pointed shoe, slingback heels and wore a black and white leather clutch bag for this occasion.

Queen Letizia is the mother of Princesses Leonor, 13, and Sofia, 12, with her husband, King Felipe, 50, who ascended to the Spanish throne in 2014.

Letizia married King Felipe ten years ago in the Santa Maria la Real de la Almudena cathedral in Madrid.
The relationship began in November 2002 and in 2003, just a few months after she was promoted to the position of anchoring on the national news channel, she quit her job and days later the royal engagement was announced.
Letizia is the granddaughter of a taxi driver and the eldest daughter of Jesús José Ortiz Álvarez, a journalist and first wife María de la Paloma Rocasolano Rodríguez, a representative of a nurse and a hospital association.
She went to public high school and graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid. She later obtained an MA in audiovisual journalism at the Institute for Studies in Audiovisual Journalism.
