Eagle-eyed royal fans may recognize the dress from previous official engagements, including the Ateneo de Madrid bicentennial last April.

Previously, the mother of two children wore the garment in March 2022 for the start of the ‘Talent Tour’ in Malaga.

In Seville, she paired the dress with black patent leather pumps and star-shaped diamond studs, while her straight brown hair fell just below her shoulders.

While World Rare Disease Day took place on February 29 this year, Spain officially celebrated it on March 5.

Also attending were the Andalusian president, Juanma Moreno, the Spanish Minister of Health, Mónica García, and the president of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER), Juan Carrión.

FEDER, which is committed to research and treatment of rare diseases, was founded 25 years ago in Seville.

Letizia, who is Honorary President of the organization, visited FEDER for the last time on February 13, where she also showed her talent for fashion.

She was beaming when she arrived at the organization’s headquarters in Madrid, the Spanish capital.

Letizia had already worn the elegant long-sleeved Galcon Studio dress in previous official engagements, including the bicentennial of the Ateneo de Madrid last April.
