She rolled back the sleeves of her eye-catching blouse before tucking it into her skirt, and accessorized with a thick black belt that held her at the waist.

The Spanish king added a touch of glitter to her clothing and also wore a Karen Hallam gold-plated ring.

It is thought that the accessory was given to her by the daughters Princesses Leonor, 13, and Sofia, 11.
