Katerina Tikhonova, 36, a rock and roll dancer-turned-billionaire, runs the Innopraktika Institute in Moscow, whose research says this age group doesn’t love the status of the warmongering leader.

Tikhonova is Putin’s second daughter with his ex-wife and former Russian first lady Lyudmila Putina.
