Purple Wiggle John Pearce and his wife Jessie Adamo are expecting their first child.
The couple, who married in 2019, revealed the news in a post shared on Instagram on Thursday.
The announcement was accompanied by a touching video capturing the emotional moment the couple discovered Jessie was pregnant.
The pictures also revealed that the couple is expecting a baby.
“It’s been a long journey, but they have finally sent us our beautiful angel,” they wrote in the post.

“We are very happy and can’t wait to meet you: baby Adamo Pearce will be born in December 2024,” they continued.
John and Jessie’s glorious news was soon inundated with well-wishers, with a message from The Wiggles taking center stage.
“We are all very happy to see how The Wiggles family expands,” began the official statement from the beloved group.
“John and Jessie are a wonderful couple and we can’t wait to welcome their baby into our Wiggles world,” she continued.
“It’ll be full for Christmas…maybe we’ll have to consider getting an even bigger red car!”

The happy news comes after Caterina announced her pregnancy with identical twin girls earlier this year.
John, 33, and Jessie began dating in 2012, just two years after their dance-pop group Justice Crew rose to fame after winning Australia’s Got Talent.
They married in a private ceremony in October 2019 and their fifth anniversary together will be celebrated later this year.
The children’s entertainer joined The Wiggles when he acquired the purple underwear in 2021.
In April, John told Daily Mail Australia that he’s “always been excited to have kids.”

While revealing details of his ‘plans to have a baby,’ the Justice Crew star explained that he and Jessie have been preparing to welcome their first child together in the coming years.
‘I think fatherhood has always been in question. “I’ve always been excited about having children,” she said when asked about possible plans to have a baby.
“That’s something my wife Jessie and I have already been working on for the last few years.”
He continued: ‘She has some health issues here and there that we are trying to correct. Once everything is ready, we will have children.
‘(Having children is) something we have both always wanted. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and things will happen soon. “We’re definitely working toward something there,” he added.
