Embracer Group’s PLAION company, which until last year was known as Koch Media, has today announced a restructuring of its publishing business, according to a report. However, this process will not be immediate, as the company confirmed that it will take up to 12 months, and that the three companies may continue to put up their titles over the next two years, and according to a PLAION representative, only five or six jobs may be affected as a result of this major merger.
Among the three companies that will be merged is Deep Silver, which is the oldest and most famous among the other names. The company had a large number of games and major series under its responsibility, including Metro, Saints Row, Dead Island, and Chivalry.
It is reported that Prime Matter was established in 2021 only and has published several games, including Dolmen, The Last Oricru, Scars Above and The Chant, and the company is awaiting the launch of System Shock and Payday 3 remakes at a later time. While Ravenscourt is known for its recent games such as Road 96 and the Let’s Sing series.
