A West Australian man died, according to what the police called a medical episode, after he and a group of patrons were asked to leave a hotel in Cue on Saturday night.
The police were called to the Mid West hotel around 8.30 pm after reports that a person had been attacked with a glass jug.
Samuel Dinnison, police media spokesperson, said about 300 people attended a funeral in Cue, 620 kilometers northeast of Perth, WA today reported.

At the time of the fight, there were about 50 mourners in the hotel who had gone to the funeral earlier in the day.
As a result of the attack, the hotel was closed and the clients were all asked to leave the premises, some of which threw objects at the police.
As they responded to the incident, officers noticed the man collapsing as he walked to his parked car.
