Music producer Metro Boomin has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 2016.
LeMaistre told the court that in 2016, the tragic death of her son at nine months old had left her in the throes of depression.
LeMaistre said in legal documents that he got along well with the St. Louis native, whose full name is Leland Tyler Wayne, in the spring of that year during a group trip to Las Vegas.
The Grammy winner later asked her to spend time with him at a studio he worked at in Los Angeles, LeMaistre told the court.

LeMaistre said in legal documents that he had seen Metro Boomin use large amounts of the drug codeine, and his friends warned him to take it easy on the dangerous substance.
LeMaistre told the court that in a September 2016 exchange in his study, she took half a tablet of Xanax and a shot of liquor in the midst of her ongoing depression; and the mixture of substances caused him to lose consciousness on a sofa.
LeMaistre said she woke up in a bed while Metro Boomin “allegedly raped her and performed oral sex on her,” the outlet reported, citing court documents.
Metro Boomin told LeMaistre that they were in a hotel room in Beverly Hills, California, and that she had to leave, she told the court. LeMaistre said he didn’t remember how he ended up at the hotel.
LeMaistre told the court that she subsequently discovered she was pregnant, with Metro Boomin being the only person who could have been the father, as she had had no other sexual partners in that period.
LeMaistre in November 2016 terminated the pregnancy, she said in legal documents.
LeMaistre told the court that he felt Metro Boomin directly addressed the incident in a song titled rap saved mea 2017 collaboration between Metro Boomin, 21 Savage and Offset.
Specific lyrics in the chat that LeMaistre said in legal documents referenced the incident that followed: “She took a Xanny / Then she passed out / I’m from the gutter… ain’t no change.”
A woman is asking the court to award her compensation for her pain and mental anguish as a result of the incident involving the music industry professional.

Metro Boomin was involved in another sex scandal earlier this year.
In May, his peripheral involvement in the Drake-Kendrick Lamar feud led some Internet sleuths to unearth alleged old tweets that hadn’t aged well. XL and HotNewHipHop reported at the time.
The tweets of the singer, born on September 16, 1993, were published between 2011 and 2013, when he was between 17 and 19 years old. The alleged tweets he sent made references to sex with minors and the use of substances like Molly.
Metro Boomin said in a May 6 tweet that he later deleted: “I can’t be a pedophile at 15 n**** #NoPedo,” both outlets reported at the time.
