Prisoner killed in cell fire horror as guards make grim discovery after mystery blaze

A man has died at the Melbourne Detention Center in Ravenhall after a fire broke out in a cell.

The 22-year-old was found unconscious in the cell at around 8.50pm on Sunday night after the fire was extinguished.
