Princess Victoria of Sweden is tangled up while her family tries a gym session at home

Princess Victoria of Sweden shared a sweet video of her children, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar hopping with their father, Prince Daniel.

In the short video, Swedish crown princess 46 can’t stop laughing when Estelle, eight, and Oscar, four, recreate an exercise they saw online with Prince Daniel, 46, a former personal trainer.

The clip was created to promote a new children’s activity platform called Digifritids created by Victoria and Daniel’s organization Generation Pep in collaboration with Save the Children’s Swedish division, Rädda Barnen.

While Prince Daniel does push-ups, the agile Estelle has to crawl under him, while the adorable Oscar rides his father’s back and Victoria laughs double as she watches.

“Act like the crown princess’ family and try Digifritids,” read the post shared by Generation Pep on Instagram.

At Digifritids you will find everything from puzzle tips, games, movies and the ability to be safely supervised by adults.

“The platform was created by us at Generation Pep and Save the Children and has been adapted for middle and high school age children.”

The video begins with a sketch in which the family was all sitting in their living room, with Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar getting bored.

Princess Victoria reads on the couch next to Prince Daniel, who is on his phone.

Then they go looking for Digifritids hoping to find something fun to do. Estelle suggests an exercise in which one person does the push-up and the other crawls under him.

Moments later, Prince Daniel shows that he has lost none of his fitness training while diving into a push-up.

Princess Estelle crawls under her father laughing and jumps over him to repeat the action.

Determined to have fun too, Prince Oscar can be seen smiling, on his father’s shoulders.

Princess Victoria, who does not participate in the exercise, but is in the back, struggles to stand upright while smiling.

The heir to the Swedish throne also shouts words of encouragement to her daughter, who tries to complete the exercise as soon as possible.

The somewhat precarious venture ends when Prince Oscar falls to the ground during his father’s final push-up, just after Princess Estelle was ready to crawl under Prince Daniel’s belly.

In 2016, Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel Generation Pep launched. The organization hopes to motivate young children and teenagers to practice physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.

The family looked happy, as always, just a few weeks after the couple shared an unseen photo of their wedding on the occasion of their tenth anniversary.

The heir to the Swedish throne, 42, shared romantic black and white photos from her big day, as well as a beautiful new portrait of the couple.

In the throwback footage, the mom of two is seen sharing a sweet kiss with her husband, while another captures the newlywed couple dancing.

The royal couple can be seen more recently in the official anniversary image, posing side by side in Haga Palace near Stockholm, with Victoria effortlessly appearing regal in a floral rose dress.
