The Danish royal family, 51, consoled a proud mother about her child’s safe arrival during a visit to India this week.

She made the journey while performing at the India-Denmark: Partners for Green and Sustainable Progress conference in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Mary spoke to medical professionals at the All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and also generously devoted her time to the patient.

Mary chose to wear a colorful jacket with abstract designs and crimson lapels for the occasion.

Her dark brown locks were worn straight and Mary wore a subtle makeup palette to match her style status.

Mary’s eye for fashion is so keen that a public vote voted her twice as the world’s most stylish royal, ahead of the Duchess of Cambridge, Queen Letizia of Spain and Queen Rania of Jordan.

The late Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld once described Mary and Kate Middleton as “royal sisters” thanks to their strikingly similar looks and similar dress tastes.

The future Queen of Denmark has posed for Vogue Australia and German Vogue and is a patron of Global Fashion Agenda, which oversees the annual Copenhagen Fashion Summit.

The love story between Princess Mary and Prince Frederick is well documented.

Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary was ‘just’ Mary, a marketing manager in an advertising agency, when she met Crown Prince Frederik in a Sydney pub during the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

On May 14, 2004, Mary married her prince in a lavish ceremony attended by royals – and media – from around the world at Copenhagen Cathedral in the Danish capital.

It was described as the ultimate happy fairy tale that ends with the prince marrying the beautiful commoner.

The guest list included the kings and queens of Sweden, Norway, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands as Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex.

The crown prince couple is the parents of Prince Christian, Princess Isabella and twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine.
