Princess Eugenie shared an adorable video of son August cuddling a ‘fluffy shark’ to celebrate World Oceans Day.

The proud mum, 31, based at Frogmore Cottage, in Windsor, took to Instagram today to unveil the clip, in which you can hear her four-month-old gargle happily to himself as he sits in his bouncer.

Eugenie captioned the videos, writing, ‘It’s World Oceans Day today. A day to celebrate our beautiful oceans and all the creatures in them.’

She added: “A day to raise awareness for something so important to all of our lives…and a day to cuddle with fluffy sharks.”

The Queen’s granddaughter also posted today about her trip to an exhibition in London, explaining that she had visited the Forest for Change in Somerset House – where 400 trees have been added to the grounds – to discuss World Oceans Day.

Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank welcomed their son August Philip Hawke Brooksbank to Portland Hospital in London on February 9.

Since his birth, the Duke of York’s daughter has been filling her Instagram account with updates about her son.

In May, Eugenie paid a sweet tribute to her husband Jack as he celebrated his 35th birthday, releasing adorable photos of the father of a child with their son August.

Yesterday, the mother-of-one shared a sweet message of congratulations to her ‘dear cousins’ Prince Harry and Meghan Marklea at the birth of their daughter Lilibet Diana.

Eugenie shared an Instagram post honoring Lilibet hours after news of her birth was made public.

The princess, who is close to Harry and Meghan, shared the Sussex’s black and white pregnancy announcement photo with the message: ‘Congratulations dear cousins. We couldn’t be happier for all of you.’
