Princess Eugenie made an elegant display as she attended the Duke of Westminster’s society wedding of the year to Olivia Henson today.

The king’s niece, 34, looked radiant in an olive pleated dress as she arrived at Chester Cathedral this morning for the nuptials of friends Hugh Grosvenor and Olivia.

Pictured arriving alongside some of the 400 guests at today’s celebration, mother-of-two Eugenie, daughter of the Duke and Duchess of York, paired her stunning V-neck dress with an elegant cream headpiece.

She is not the only member of the British Royal Family attending the wedding; Prince William, 41, was also spotted before performing his role as an usher at the service.

The 33-year-old 7th Duke of Westminster, universally known as ‘Hughie’ among aristocratic friends, is estimated to be worth £10.42 billion, making him Britain’s richest man under 40. Brittany.

He is the godfather of Prince William’s son, Prince George, and Prince Harry’s son, Archie. Harry won’t be attending today’s nuptials.

Hugh will marry Olivia, 31, at the 11th century cathedral in Cheshire at midday, with guests flying in from around the world. But the Princess of Wales, who has been out of the spotlight while she undergoes preventive chemotherapy, is not expected to attend.

Eugenie appeared to be attending the event alone, without her husband Jack Brooksbank and their two sons, August, three, and Ernest, four.

To add a touch of sparkle to her ensemble, the royal donned a delicate gold necklace and earrings while sporting glamorous makeup.

Bride Olivia, who attended Marlborough College, like the Princess of Wales and Princess Eugenie, is a senior account manager at Belazu, an environmentally friendly company that imports chef-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients.

Hugh has increasingly begun to initiate various green practices, including renewable energy projects, green building codes, and biodiversity conservation efforts.

It is likely to be an eco-friendly event as both Hugh and Olivia are eco-minded and it is understood that the flowers used in the ceremony and reception will be pressed and turned into sustainable works of art afterwards, rather than simply thrown away.

Shortly before 11am, coaches and minibuses full of excited guests began to arrive and enter the side door of the Cathedral.
