Princess Eugenie looked stunning as she donned a traditional dirndl dress to attend her fashion designer friend’s wedding in Bavaria.
The youngest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson attended the wedding of costume designer Annina Pfuel and Caspar von Veltheim at the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Mittenwald with a host of European royals.
Eugenie was joined by notables including Princess Maria Olympia of Greece, Princess Alessandra of Hanover, Princess Maria Annunciata of Liechtenstein and Princess Claudia of Liechtenstein in a very elegant display.
Eugenie, 34, married to Jack Brooksbank, wore a traditional Bavarian dirndl in a stunning plum hue, complete with a white shirt.
The gorgeous gown featured a fitted bodice, while the royal opted for an elegant half-up, half-down hairstyle and added glamorous dangling earrings.

Eugenie was joined by several friends of luxury bridal brand Galvan, co-founders Anna-Christin Haas, Katherine Holmgren and Carolyn Hodler, who accessorised the royal in different shades of pink and rose, and director Sophie Russell.
The wedding and reception, held at the Hotel Schloss Elmau, were a stunning spectacle in the idyllic surroundings of the Bavarian mountains.
The bride, Annina, from Tyrol, is the daughter of Count Christian Bruges-von Pfuel and a long-time friend of Eugenie.
The fashion designer attended Eugenie’s wedding to Jack Brooksbank in 2018.
Annina has her own dirndl label specialising in Bavarian Alpine fashion, so it’s likely she designed Eugenie’s outfit for the big day.
Other royals in attendance included Princess Maria Olympia of Greece, who was joined by Prince Philip and Princess Nina.
And Princess Alessandra of Hanover wrote on Instagram: “Magical weekend. Thank you Annina and Caspar. I wish you a life full of eternal love.”
Princess Alessandra, 36, married to Prince Christian, is a Peruvian lawyer and former model.
Eugenie was accompanied by personalities such as Princess Maria Olympia of Greece and Princess Alessandra of Hanover, pictured on the right.

Earlier this week, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice praised the “amazing” work of Haven House Hospice during a visit.
The royal family visited the charity in Woodford Green, London, which works to “fund specialist care for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions”, where they attended a garden party and planted a memorial tree.
They seemed to be in high spirits as they spent the day chatting with local families and well-wishers, sharing a sweet video of the day. Instagram.
Eugenie, 34, wrote: ‘It was amazing to see the caring work they do and meet some of the children and families whose lives are changed by the care and support they receive here.’
The Garden Party celebrated 20 years of the hospice’s work, as the charity took to social media to share photos of the royal family’s emotional visit.
“We welcomed Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie and it was lovely to see them spend the afternoon interacting with the children and their families, bringing joy and smiles to all who attended,” said her Instagram subtitle read.

The princesses planted a tree in the garden (while being photographed holding shovels) to symbolise “hope, strength and commitment to supporting families”.
Eugenie looked effortlessly chic for the outing in a sleek maroon maxi dress, embellished with white prints.
She paired her ensemble with open-toed heels and pulled her hair back, opting for an elegant yet understated makeup look.
Meanwhile, her sister Beatrice, 36, opted for a fitted silhouette in a navy blue dress, which featured trumpet sleeves.
She combed her hair into waves and wore simple blue ballet flats.
