Princess Charlene of Monaco debuted a new look as she stepped out for the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix today alongside other members of the Royal Family.
The 45-year-old former Olympic swimmer showed off a new hairstyle as she attended the annual motorsport event, held at the Circuit de Monaco, with her husband Prince Albert.
In a bold move away from her trademark platinum crop, Charlene sported rich and shiny dark auburn hair, still in her elven short style.
The royal, who appeared deep in thought as she was pictured standing next to her hubby, paired the dramatic new outfit with a chic maxi dress in a classic full-length straight cut, complete with bow-coloured stripes -rainbow on the front.
Her locks were simply styled into a side parting, to show off her simple diamond studs and sleek makeup that included a cool base and light brown smokey eyes.

Charlotte Casiraghi, 36, was pictured wearing an elegant backless checkered racing flag dress for the occasion.
She wore the long dress with a black belt and black peep toe heels which paired well with her oversized sunglasses.
Grace Kelly’s granddaughter matched her makeup to her dress, opting for bright red lipstick and wore her hair in a loose, low ponytail.
Charlotte was photographed intently watching the Ferrari pit crew make a pit stop right in front of her as she donned a dress in their signature color – red.
Her husband, Dimitri Rassam, opted for a more casual chic look, wearing reflective blue sunglasses, a white shirt and a gray blazer.
The daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco, 36, has a son Raphaël, eight, who also attended the event.
He donned a navy blue suit which he paired with black sneakers and red framed sunglasses. Charlotte shares Raphaël with her ex-boyfriend, Gad Elmaleh.
Meanwhile, Grace Kelly’s grandson Louis Ducruet, 30, was also in attendance and opted to wear a smart navy suit with a white shirt and sapphire blue patterned tie.

She wore her shiny, wavy chocolate locks just below her shoulders and opted for natural makeup.
Pierre Casiraghi, 35, was also in the race with his wife, Beatrice Borromeo, 37.
Pierre donned a similar suit to Louis, while Beatrice wore a chic ivory maxi dress with a red patterned Christian Dior bag.
Beatrice opted for comfortable shoes, crimson flats and wore beige framed sunglasses.
Andrea Casiraghi, 38, was pictured running with his wife, Tatiana Santo Domingo, 39.
The couple were pictured with their son Maximilian and daughter India.

Tatiana wore a monochrome patterned long-sleeved dress cut out at the waist.
She paired the dress with black pointy shoes and wore her long brown hair.
The mother-of-three wore a pair of black sunglasses, while her husband opted for a smart navy suit.
Five-year-old Maximilian wore a suit similar to his father’s, except he wore white pants instead.
Seven-year-old India donned a striped dress with a frilly collar, white sandals and sunglasses.
Their eldest son Sacha, ten, wore a matching beige suit with a navy patterned tie as he beamed at the camera.
