Princess Beatrice made a very stylish appearance at Mayfair’s private club Maison Estelle last night.

The royal, 33, was spotted leaving the exclusive establishment wearing thigh-high boots and a mini skirt by designer Misha Nonoo, who also happens to be a close friend of the Duchess of Sussex.

She looked elegant in the trendy monochrome look, which she finished off with a black trench coat.

The mother-of-one appeared to have enjoyed a night on the town without her husband Edo Mappeli Mozzi, 38, who recently announced he has expanded his luxury property business to the Gold Coast.

Beatrice seemed in good spirits as she strutted out the front door of the members’ club with her trench coat slung over her shoulders.

Underneath, the stylish royal wore a knitted black top with a graphic green and white shell print from Nonoo.

Beatrice kept the look simple and wore no jewelery other than a pair of rings and her wedding band.

She wore a natural make-up, with just a touch of mascara and eyeliner and a pink lip.

Maison Estelle is one of Soho’s most prized members’ clubs and is so exclusive that membership fees are only available on request.

The mother-of-one looked relaxed during her outing, which comes after it was announced last week that her husband’s booming property development venture is expanding to Australia’s Gold Coast.

Edo took to his Instagram to share snaps of the stunning interiors of the project, consisting of five ‘Sky Homes’ and two penthouses in Gold Coast, Queensland.

The business mogul, 37, pictured a bedroom decorated with a rustic off-white aesthetic and modern low-hanging lamps against the backdrop of the city’s beautiful scenery.

Keeping her look simple with natural makeup and few accessories, the mother-of-one quietly smiled to herself as she left Maison Estelle

Another photo of the development – which is titled Masthead – captured a modern kitchen fitted with a jade-coloured marble island counter.

Edo branded the interior design company Banda, which he runs, and started at 23.

In the captions, the Italian property developer outlined the project as promising ’28 homes on the northern end of Main Beach’, with each ‘sky home’ offering 312 square meters of side area.

Banda’s website also claims that there is one ‘super penthouse on the upper levels of the building’.

According to an online description, residents can expect amenities to include a wellness center, spa and sauna facilities, a private dining room and an ‘owners club lounge with a well-stocked wine and whiskey bar’.

The project’s completion date is set for 2024, but the 28 units are ‘offered for sale off-plan with prices starting at $5.9m. AUD’.

Banda’s aim is to design homes for affluent clients in ‘undervalued’ parts of London so they get value for money, and Masthead looks set to be the company’s first offering in Australia.
