Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece has shared a sweet message to his wife Princess Marie-Chantal to mark their 29th wedding anniversary this week.
The couple married in 1995 in a spectacular ceremony that marked the largest gathering of royals in London since Queen Elizabeth II’s wedding to Prince Philip in 1946.
It’s been 29 years and their marriage has gone from strength to strength, welcoming five children together.
On Monday, Pavlos, 57, and Marie-Chantal, 55, shared heartwarming messages on social media, proving their union is as enviable as ever.
The Crown Prince took to Instagram to write: ‘Today we celebrate 29 years of happy marriage – thank you for our wonderful children and our lives.

The romantic message read: “I still feel the same as the day we got married.”

She shared a sweet photo of the couple sitting together on some steps as they celebrated the special occasion.
Sharing the same image, Marie wrote: ‘Happy Anniversary to my one true love!’
However, the messages were likely sent from far away, as Pavlos joined his daughter Princess Olympia at Wimbledon tennis on Monday, the day of their anniversary.
Businesswoman Marie, who has a fortune of £2bn, was unable to attend, according to Hello! Magazine.
Pavlos and Olympia enjoyed some quality father-daughter time at the All England Club, attending a Ralph Lauren dinner and watching Greek tennis player Maria Sakkari triumph in the women’s singles.
“Opening day at Wimbledon. Thank you @olympiagreece for bringing your dad with you,” she wrote on her Instagram story.
Princess Olympia herself looked radiant in a strapless blue dress decorated with small white flowers and a matching white jumper draped over her shoulders.

The couple’s messages appear to have been sent from far away, as Pavlos joined his daughter Princess Olympia at the Wimbledon tennis, apparently without his wife.
Princess Marie-Chantal shared a larger version of the same image and called Pavlos her “one and only.”

Chic Olympia, who studied Fashion Business and Marketing at New York University, was also photographed alongside Cara Delevingne’s sister Poppy.
Poppy, who recently went public with her new boyfriend, Sienna Miller’s ex Archie Keswick, in BST Hyde Park, became close to the former Greek royal during her relationship with Constantine Alexios.
Poppy split from her toyboy, Prince Constantine Alexis of Greece and Denmark, 25, last December. The Greek royal, affectionately known as Tino, is Prince William’s godson.
But her relations with the royals have clearly not changed: she was photographed chatting with Olympia and cheering on the players.
Crown Prince Pavlos is the eldest son of Constantine II, the former King of Greece, who died early last year, and is also the godson of King Charles.
Even though Pavlos is the crown prince, he will never take the throne because the monarchy was deposed and abolished in 1973.
Meanwhile, Marie is worth an incredible £2bn even without her royal connections, as her father is Duty Free king Robert Miller, who made his money by setting up a lucrative hedge fund.
She began studying Art History at New York University in 1993, and it was in the city that she first met Prince Pavlos.

The couple met on a blind date arranged by New York investment banker Alecko Papamarkou, a mutual friend who was convinced they would get along.
“We clicked,” the Princess told Vanity Fair in 2008. “It was love at first sight. I knew he was the person I would marry.”
Their wedding was the largest gathering of royals in London since Queen Elizabeth’s wedding to Prince Philip in 1946, as they tied the knot at St Sophia’s Cathedral in London in 1995.
Among those in attendance were the royal families of Britain, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Romania, Jordan and Bulgaria.
The couple moved to Manhattan, where they had Olympia, before moving to London in 2002 so their children could have a European education.

The couple now have five children: their daughter Olympias, 27, and four sons: Constantine, Achillea, Odysseus and Aristides.
The family lives all over the world: Olympia lives in Notting Hill, Pavlos and Marie-Chantal spend most of their time in New York, Aristidis also lives in the United States and Constantine often travels between the United States and the United Kingdom.
Today the family is known as “of Glucksburg,” in reference to their Spanish and German, rather than Greek, heritage.
In response to their anniversary post, royal fans wrote: ‘Happy anniversary!’
“A wonderful photo. You and your family are loved more and more. Stay healthy and loved always. We are very proud as Greeks of your family.”
