Meghan Markle’s sister, Samantha, is demanding Prince Harry testify under oath against his wife as she prepares to take her defamation case back to court.

In legal documents filed in Florida on Friday, Ms Markle has called on the Duke of Sussex to participate in the impeachment process under oath. The mirror reports.

The 56-year-old is suing 41-year-old Meghan for £60,000 damages, alleging her reputation has been left in tatters after her sister spread “malicious lies” in her 2021 Oprah interview.

Ms Markle is also calling for Meghan to be interviewed on camera a day ahead of the statement, reportedly wanting her to make 38 separate confessions in the case.

Among the admissions, she reportedly wants Meghan to publicly declare that both the late Queen Elizabeth and King Charles “are not racist.”

Meghan would like to completely dismiss the case.

Ms Markle, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, claims she has been subjected to ‘humiliation and hatred’ based on ‘demonstrably false and malicious statements’ allegedly made by her sister.

She is also reportedly being called on statements from father Thomas Markle, former royal aide Jason Knauf, her daughter Ashleigh Hale and online security expert Christopher Bouzy.

A mediator has been appointed in an attempt to avoid a lawsuit, while Meghan’s lawyer Michael J. Kump reportedly stated that the demands Markle has made are irrelevant.

Ms Markle reportedly felt belittled by Meghan’s memory of growing up as an ‘only child’. When she first expressed her anger at the comments, the Duchess of Sussex pointed out that she was simply describing her opinion.

She gave numerous interviews attacking the Duchess, but has since come back and complimented her.

Ms. Markle has released a book about her sister titled The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister: A Memoir, Part One.

It reveals details about the Markles’ upbringing, including the rivalry when their father was still married to the mother of the actress Doria Ragland.

But Ms Markle also writes about her adoration for Meghan as a baby, describing the child as “bi-racial, beautiful, and the color of both a peach and a rose.”

And recently Ms. Markle appeared on an Australian breakfast news program slamming the six-part Netflix docuseries of the royals.

She labeled it a “flopumentary” that was “ridiculous” and bordered on “comedy.”

“It’s so much rhetoric right now and so many lies have been thrown out, debunked, and yet there’s that repeated need to push this story.”
