Prince Harry is reportedly plans to visit the UK for his legal battle against Newsgroup Newspaperseditors of the sunfor alleged illegal collection of information and invasion of privacy. However, the Duke of Sussex has apparently ignored his father King Charles’ emotional plea for reconciliation during his ongoing cancer treatment.

According to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams, Harry is expected to stay in a hotel rather than accept King Charles’ offer to stay at Buckingham Palace. The move is seen as a continuation of Harry’s protest over unresolved security concerns.

Speaking to GB News, Fitzwilliams explained: “We know that Buckingham Palace was offered for the last visit and was turned down in favor of a hotel. That has never been explained. I don’t understand. “It’s obviously part of a protest.”

Harry has been embroiled in a legal dispute with the UK Home Office over its decision not to automatically grant him royal security during visits to his homeland. Fitzwilliams expressed surprise at Harry’s decision to opt for a hotel, given the security and privacy that Buckingham Palace offers.

Commenting on the Duke’s UK security case, Fitzwilliams noted: “…we know that he is appealing the Home Office’s decision not to automatically grant him security.” This decision is said to deeply affect King Charles, who is reportedly eager to be reunited with his son amid his battle with cancer.

The King’s desire to improve ties with Harry appears to contrast with the Duke’s actions, which some interpret as a deliberate distancing from the royal family. Harry’s possible decision to stay away from his family during this critical time is likely to add strain to their already strained relationship.

As he prepares for his legal process, the duke’s stance on security and his choice of accommodation continues to spark speculation about the future of his relationship with King Charles and the wider royal family.
