The Duke of Sussex revealed in the telling interview that Meghan bailed him out of royal life – claiming he was ‘stuck’ before she got him out.
The prince admitted he felt “incredibly free” after the release of his memoir Spare, but said he couldn’t have done it without Meghan.
Speaking to doctor Dr Maté, the 38-year-old said: ‘People have said my wife saved me, I was stuck in this world and she came from another world and helped me get out of it.
“But none of the elements of my life would have been possible without my seeing it for myself
