Prince Harry faces Meghan's wrath over his 'carelessness' amid allegations of destroying evidence, royal source claims

In recent months, several staff members have reportedly left Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s team, raising concerns about the working environment at home and on the couple’s professional projects. The departures have cast a shadow over the reputation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, with insiders revealing that their demanding nature could be to blame.

An inside source, speaking to In touchShe shared that it is “incredibly difficult to work for the royal couple.” The source explained: “The harsh truth is that Meghan and Harry are the toughest taskmasters. They are incredibly difficult to work for. The numbers don’t lie. The fact that almost 20 staff members have quit tells its own story. It’s unprecedented, even for a startup!”

One of the most notable departures was that of Josh Kettler, chief of staff for Meghan’s brand, American Riviera. Kettler was expected to accompany the couple on their tour of Colombia in August, but left his post just days before the trip. His sudden exit raised further questions about the working environment around the Sussexes.

The source also questioned whether the problem lies with the couple’s treatment of their staff or their ability to choose the right employees. “Not being able to retain employees raises a worrying question,” the source said, adding: “Are Meghan and Harry terrible at choosing employees or is it a terrible work environment?”

As more staff leave and rumours emerge about the challenges of working for the Duke and Duchess, the situation has sparked debate about the balance between the couple’s high standards and the atmosphere within their team.
