According to reports, Prince Charles is "closer than ever" to his son, Prince Harry, after his summer vacation in Scotland.
It is said that Charles, 69, was "delighted" that Harry, 33, and Meghan, 37, chose to spend almost a week with him at the Castle of Mey, the former home of the Queen Mother, early this summer.
The time together also meant that Charles could continue to forge the "lovely relationship" he shares with his daughter-in-law.

Quality time: the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex, photographed in London last week, apparently spent almost a week with Prince Charles at Castle Mey, Scotland, earlier this summer.
A real source told Katie Nicholl of Vanity Fair: "The wedding was a true turning point.
"Charles showed so much love to Harry and Meghan, and I think Harry will be eternally grateful to his dad for intervening and shaking hands with Meghan in marriage, the bond between them is very close."
The source added that Charles has a "real weak spot" for the Duchess of Sussex and has "supported her a lot" as she continues to face public criticism from her own father, Thomas Markle.
Fantastic memories: the Castle of Mey, pictured on the northeast coast of Scotland, was home to the Queen Mother, Charles's maternal grandmother, with whom she was particularly close
Summer Tradition: Prince Charles and his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall, photographed together in Glasgow last week, spend time at Castle Mey every summer.
The Queen Mother acquired the Castle of Mey, in Caithness, on the northeast coast of Scotland, shortly after the death of her husband, King George VI, in 1952.
She was still fond of coastal property and stayed there every year until her death.
Prince Charles, who was very close to his maternal grandmother, now spends time there with the Duchess of Cornwall, 69, every summer.

It is believed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent several days at the Castle of Mey with Charles in early August and with the Queen, 92, at Balmoral, Aberdeenshire, at the end of the month.
Since then, they have returned to London and their busy schedule of real commitments.
The couple attended a charity presentation of Hamilton's West End musical and were guests of honor at the WellChild Awards in London last week.
More recently, the couple attended a gala for the benefit of military veterans and their families.
