The former WAG, 33, took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday to give fans an update on her pregnancy journey while sharing a mirror selfie.

She showed off her intricate arm tattoos and gave a peek inside her luxurious home as she relaxed in beachwear amid the warm summer climes.
Sophie will welcome her third child in early 2025 after undergoing intrauterine insemination (IUI), a fertility treatment that involves inserting sperm into the uterus around the time of ovulation.
The single mother already shares two older children, Bobby, 10, and Florence, seven, with her former AFL husband Jaryd Cachia, whom she separated from in 2019.

Sophie has given her fans an insight into her fertility treatment journey in a variety of social media posts, but said she won’t reveal any details about her sperm donor.
However, Sophie was left furious earlier this week when fans bombarded her with questions about the donor, despite her repeatedly asking them not to.
During a Q&A on Instagram, the mummy blogger briefly discussed the donor’s height after a fan asked her if she expected her unborn daughter to be a “big baby.”
She made it clear that she was only answering the question because it was in relation to her baby’s size, as she shared that her donor is actually shorter than her.
In one caption, Sophie asked her followers to stop asking “personal” questions about the donor’s identity, but she still received an influx of queries.
In a follow-up video, a furious Sophie attacked ‘idiots’ who had messaged her with questions even though she had made it clear she would not answer them.
“This is what I hate about people and what I hate about the ugly Internet,” he fumed.
“I’m having a great time, I’m resting, I’ve been to my OB, my mom is making me a nice steak for dinner and I’m answering questions and chatting with many of you in my direct messages. .

‘As if they were idiots! I’m not going to answer you, you do it to get a reaction from me and you have one, but what’s wrong with you?
“You are all adults and you have done it simply because I asked you not to.”
Since becoming pregnant, Sophie began dating AFLW player Madison Prespakis, 24, and the pair went public with their romance last month.
And during the Q&A, Sophie addressed what it’s been like starting a new relationship during her pregnancy.
One of her fans asked her if she had been “worried” about involving Maddy in her pregnancy and if that had “impeded the honeymoon stage” of their relationship.
In response, Sophie confessed she had concerns and said she had no intention of starting dating during her pregnancy, but praised Maddy for accepting her children.
‘I wasn’t going to answer this, but I actually think it’s a very fair question that I’m sure a lot of people have, so I’ll answer it. “I think it’s a very reasonable question,” Sophie said.

‘The answer is absolutely yes, and both ways. It was never my intention, I talked about this on the only podcast I ever did.
‘It was never my intention for life to be like this, but it was.
“But when you say ‘involve your partner so much,’ it hasn’t actually been shared how involved they are, so maybe it’s an assumption.”
Sophie said they had “speeded up” a lot and are going through a lot of “firsts” as a couple, as she gave a rare insight into their relationship.
‘We are riding the wave as a couple with MANY firsts together, obviously. Nothing changes, I’m a mom,” Sophie explained.
‘She is my wonderful, supportive partner who is committed to fully loving ALL of my children and me.
“A level of commitment to my kids that I haven’t experienced before, so it’s very new for me to let down all the walls.”

Maddy has not appeared in any individual posts on Van De Heuvel’s feed since last December, before his relationship with Sophie ended.
