Millie wrote her recent thoughts in the post, writing, “With only a few weeks to go in my pregnancy, one of the things I’ve thought about is the term” bounce back. ” It’s a phrase I hear a lot, but not one that I think is healthy.
Millie further revealed that several people have said to her, “I bet you don’t want your body back,” but she admitted she accepts that it will never be the same again.

She continued, “I know I want to feel healthy and fit again, but I will be in a new body, one that I will be extra proud of for using its magic to create my daughter.
The reality star urged others to be friendly, saying, “ Unfortunately, I’ve seen women roll around on Instagram for sharing beautiful and honest photos of their postpartum bodies and that should stop.
“We should be kinder to each other and to ourselves. The female body is a miracle. Women reproduce, we give life and we work well in tribes, there is a lot to say about the strength of the pack, which is why it is so important not only to find acceptance in yourself, but to gather the women next to you in the method.’
Millie concluded by revealing that her primary focus will be on her little girl with the support of her loved ones.
She added, “Of course I’ll have my moments (from what seems like a distant memory of size 8), but I’ll work hard to embrace a new-found respect for my body.
“It would be great to hear from you who have had the same thoughts and how you have become not only your expectations, but also those of the outside world # 33 weeks pregnant.”
