Laura Anderson seemed to dig into her ex Gary Lucy this week with a very cryptic Instagram post.
The former Love Island star, 34, has had a turbulent relationship with the Hollyoaks actor following their split – as they prepare to welcome their first child together as exes.
And she seemed to reference their ongoing drama with a brand new post, which was a quote about how women should be treated.
The quote read, “A woman becomes a reflection of how you treat her. If you don’t like the way she behaves, see how you treat her.’
The former reality contestant and the actor announced they were expecting in February and split soon after.

And recently she was reported to be “shocked and upset” after her ex-boyfriend Gary revealed the sex of their baby after sharing an ultrasound photo.
However, it seems Gary didn’t check with Laura if she was okay with him announcing the baby’s gender to their legions of social media followers.
A source told MailOnline: Gary announced the gender news without checking Laura’s approval.
“She is extremely shocked and upset by this and hoped to do something special for it later this year.”
Laura previously told Goss.ie that she would share her baby’s gender “in due course.”
Gary shared a photo of a recent scan on his Instagram story and an image that read, “Daddy’s girl.”
Alongside the photos, he wrote, “For anyone who asked. Let’s hope she inherits her mother’s looks. I can’t wait to meet you, baby bear.”
Speaking earlier this month on The Gossies 2023, Laura said: ‘I know what I’m eating and I have a name.

“I’ll share it in due course… I’ve already done a small (gender reveal party) but I haven’t shared it publicly yet. But I will soon.’
Recently, Laura took to her Instagram Stories to take another shot at her ex Gary, reposting a powerful quote.
The Love Island star spoke cryptically about how being single is a ‘choice’ and insisted she has no interest in finding a new man.
The quote, which was aimed at Gary, read: ‘Being single is a woman’s choice.. there’s no such thing as she can’t have a man.
“A man is the easiest thing to get (laughing emoji) it’s getting the RIGHT man.. please don’t let that overwhelm you.”
Laura then responded to the message as she wrote: “Before anyone starts, I’m definitely not looking.”
It comes after Laura recently revealed that she and ex Gary are “definitely” not on good terms amid their recent split drama.
The couple met last year during a stint on Celebs Go Dating and announced they were expecting their first child together in February.
However, the news of their divorce followed soon after as the couple recently split after a whirlwind romance.
After the split, the mom-to-be decided to do an Instagram Q&A with her followers where she highlighted their breakup.
When a curious fan questioned her about her relationship, Laura quickly shut down any suggestion to get back together.

The fan asked her, “Is there any chance you and Gary could get back together?”.
But Laura replied simply: ‘No’ before saying she ‘hopes that once the baby is here’ she and the Hollyoaks actor can successfully co-parent.
Last month, the couple appeared to be taking aim at each other in cryptic Instagram posts after Gary said part of the reason the couple broke up had to do with location.
Laura reportedly wanted him to move to Scotland, but he said he wanted to stay in Essex to be with his four children.
But last month, Laura shared her side of the story, telling her 1.5 million followers, “I wasn’t about to comment on my breakup with Gary.
‘But because of what has now been shared publicly by other parties, I have no other choice.
“Gary and I are no longer together for several reasons that remain private. Our plan was for me to move to Essex to start our family, which I was more than happy to do.
‘Since the breakup of our relationship, however, I have stayed at home in Scotland. My priority is raising my baby in a calm and stable environment.
The Scottish reality star added: ‘I never asked or expected Gary to move to Scotland. I fully support that he lives in Essex to be close to his four wonderful children.
“I am completely focused on a healthy, happy pregnancy and remain excited to share this incredible journey with all of you. Thank you very much for your support! Laura, Buddy & Bump.’
