Emily Atack gave an update about her pregnancy on Instagram on Wednesday while enjoying a relaxing getaway ahead of the arrival of her first child.
The actress, 34, – who is Expecting her first child with her scientist boyfriend Alistair Garner, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her UK getaway.
Emily showed off her pregnancy curves in a red ribbed swimsuit in a mirror selfie she posted to Instagram.
She wore her blonde hair up in a high bun and looked resplendent as she headed for a dip in the luxurious abode.
The television personality also shared a photo of her peaceful walk through a forest and a pastry she was enjoying for breakfast.

It comes after Emily shared an update over the weekend with a black and white selfie shared on Instagram.
“Like a chicken sitting on an egg,” she captioned the photo.

In March, Emily revealed how pregnancy had changed her priorities during an appearance on Loose Women before welcoming her first child.
Emily said her “body was now a temple” after friends worried in the past that she hadn’t looked after herself.
She revealed to the panel how excited she was to welcome her baby, which she confirmed is a boy, and said that now more than ever she felt “extremely connected” to her body.
“My friends used to scold me for not taking care of myself enough and staying up too late and all that and now I’m like, ‘No, my body is a vessel.'”
Before adding: “It is very important that I go to sleep early and take good care of myself.”
Emily proudly announced the happy news that she is expecting her first child on Instagram in early January, with a photo of her burgeoning baby bump, saying she was “over the moon.”

In March, Emily revealed how pregnancy had changed her priorities during an appearance on Loose Women before welcoming her first child.

She did not confirm Alistair’s identity in the post, however her publicist later confirmed the relationship and they are reportedly settling in at home together as they prepare for the baby’s arrival.
But her path to motherhood has not been easy and she said she has suffered “all the symptoms.”
Laughing: I’m waiting for this shine. I’ve had a bang, not a glow! Everyone says, ‘Oh, you’ll be in your glow age, you’ll be in the gym doing Pilates’ (but) I’m like a chicken sitting on an egg! I haven’t moved.’
Before concluding: ‘No, it’s amazing, it’s amazing and I’m so excited.’
She went on to say how “liberating” she felt since becoming pregnant and stated that she has now changed the way she thinks about her body.
‘(Women are) Walking timidly to the shops sometimes you know. I just let all those things go, like the things I want to eat, I don’t worry about my weight. I spend my life worrying about my weight.
Emily also opened up about being criticized by cruel trolls for cradling her baby bump and revealed the backlash had hurt her.
“I’ve been criticized for many things, but I naively thought that being pregnant would somehow protect me from online abuse.”
