‘Not too far from hospitals (Max’s only condition) Zika virus free & just the most beautiful place & incredibly friendly people… really looking forward to the next few days.’

It comes after she recently revealed she’s still processing a gestational diabetes diagnosis.
Gestational diabetes is high blood sugar that can develop at any time during pregnancy, but is more common in the second or third trimester and usually resolves after the baby is born.
Binky, who is in her third trimester, appeared on GB News on Tuesday and told Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster, “I’m still learning about it. It was only diagnosed last week, I have no idea what’s really going on, but I think there’s quite a stigma around GED because people think you have it if you’re really unhealthy or overweight.
“But I like working out, I eat healthy, go for a walk most days, so that’s really not the case.”
“When I posted about it, it gave people a little bit of confidence to say, ‘Okay, this is actually quite common.’ I had no idea how common it was until I got it myself.
“I’m just figuring out what to eat. And since I’m in my third trimester, of course I want to eat beige.’
Binky added, “Apparently there is a certain order in which you can eat your food. So your green leaves first and then I think it’s protein and carbs.
“But there are ways you can do it. And you can have a cheat day now and then.’
Binky is already mum to daughter India with her ex-boyfriend and former MIC co-star Josh Patterson, and shares son Wolfie, 19 months, 2021, with Max.

Expecting: The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, is expecting her third child – her second with husband Max Darnton and was recently told by doctors she had the condition
When asked about becoming a mom, she said, “It’s the most rewarding job I’ve ever had and that I do.” I guess I’m not quite there yet.
“The hardest thing for me will be when my kids fly out of the nest and they’re out god knows what time doing god knows what, and I can’t control them anymore.
“Actually, that’s what I’m most afraid of.”
Binky also said that she sees Max India as his daughter when asked if they use the term blended family.
She said, “I never actually say it. I just had to say it in the book because it’s the only thing people know how to say these days.
“We don’t consider ourselves a blended family. We are a family, yes. I would never want India to call her brothers her half-brothers.
‘Max considers India his daughter. There is no kind of step section. And that is very important to me. I don’t want India to feel less than her brothers, because she’s basically Max’s stepdaughter.’
Binky added: ‘I got pregnant with my eldest, India, who was almost six when I was 26, so I was the first of my friends to get pregnant.
And it was certainly a bit of a shock. Very, very exciting of course. But none of my friends were in such a headspace.
“I feel like becoming a mother has given me purpose. It has given me everything I could wish for.’
