The two put on a very cuddly display as they left Smith’s Fish Restaurant in Ongar, holding hands before Bailey put a gentle hand on her back to support her.
The couple had enjoyed a sumptuous lunch on Billy’s 40th birthday and sparked engagement rumors when he referred to Amy as his “future wife”.

Meanwhile, Billy looked dapper in a white T-shirt and jeans, adding a touch of color with a pink corduroy jacket.
Seeing as they had a great time together, Billy took to his Instagram story to brazenly tease the engagement rumors while enjoying dessert and a glass of white wine.
He said, “Thank you so much to my future wife @amychilds1990 and @smithsofongar for a wonderful 40th birthday lunch.”
The couple also enjoyed a birthday shopping spree before heading home, with Billy carrying suitcases full of their festive purchases.

Amy, who is due to give birth in April, appeared to be in great spirits as she smiled as she strolled with her family in the adorable country home setting.
Her dress perfectly highlighted her burgeoning baby bump, which the star teamed with sparkly dangling earrings and a glamorous palette of makeup.
Meanwhile, Billy looked sharp in a brown suede jacket, cream turtleneck top, brown slacks and white sneakers.
Not to be outdone, Polly — who shares the Amy with ex Bradley Wright — looked gorgeous in a pale pink party dress worn with pink tights and pretty white shoes.
Amy also has a four-year-old son, Richie, with her ex-husband, and the star agrees with the father of her son that she will not show his face in public.
The baby shower was definitely a lavish affair, with pictures of a nearly nude Amy at a recent photo shoot adorning the walls, while two giant cakes were also shown off.
Helping Amy and Billy celebrate their special day was a whole host of fellow TOWIE stars including Courtney Green, Chloe Meadows, Saffron Lemperiere, Ella Rae Wise and Junaid Ahmed, who all dressed impressively for the occasion.
While they were looking their best today were Danny Imbert, Roman Hackett, Chloe Brockett, James Locke and Harry Derbidge.

It comes after Amy admits that she is not ready to be a mother again and that she fears her boyfriend, Billy Delbusque, will die when she gives birth.
The stunner discussed new arrivals with her cousin Harry Derbidge, 28, in an exclusive clip from Series 30 of ITVBe.
Harry asks, “Can you believe there will be two more children in this house?” are you ready for that? to which Amy replied, “No, no.”
On whether Bailey, 39, is ready, the former esthetician said: “He’s going to be absolutely amazing, he’s going to be an amazing dad but he’s going to be mental.”
Harry joked, “Thank God you don’t have triplets. I’m not going to say what I think in front of Polly but I just think he sewed it up because you can’t have more!”
He added, “Is Bill mentally prepared though?” Amy replied no again.
When the conversation turned to the birth itself, the brunette beauty admitted, “Bill is at birth…I’m not sure. He’ll be great or he’ll pass out and it’s game over.”
