A man has been rushed to hospital after being bitten in the leg by a shark.
The man, in his 40s, was at Lighthouse Beach in Port Macquarie when he was bitten on Friday morning.
As a result, he suffered lower leg injuries.
Paramedics were called to the scene and rushed the man to hospital, according to NSW Ambulance.
