Adult film star Sophia Leone died after being found unconscious in her apartment earlier this month, her family has confirmed.

The 26-year-old Miami-born adult film star was found on March 1 by family members inside her home.

Mike Romero, his stepfather, says local police are still investigating the cause of his death.

Romero wrote on the memorial fundraising page: ‘Sophia was found unconscious in her apartment on March 1, 2024 by her family.

“Local police continue to investigate the cause of death.”

Romero described Leona as a “dear daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend.”

She also wrote that she had a “deep love” for animals, including her three pets.
