Porn star Austin Wolf appeared in court this week following an FBI sting operation that officials say uncovered disgusting child pornography.
The adult entertainer, 43, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, walked into Manhattan federal court on Friday afternoon to face the music, before turning to his companion of 10 years in the gallery and saying: “I love it.” I feel”.
Prosecutor Getzel Berger described Wolf as a “danger to children online, a danger to children offline, a danger to children everywhere,” and argued for him to be put behind bars pending trial.
Wolf’s attorneys unsuccessfully attempted to have the judge impose a 24-hour house arrest order, however the judge did not agree due to the “very troubling” nature of the charges against him.
Austin Wolf, 43, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, allegedly sent and received images that “depicted children as young as infants, including a video showing a 10-year-old boy being tied up and raped.”
Wolf faces up to 20 years in prison on child pornography charges, as prosecutors described him as a “danger to children online, danger to children offline, danger to children everywhere.”
The 43-year-old man appeared in court Friday wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans, but did not return when he was sent to the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.
Wolf’s lawyers urged the judge not to send him to the jail, which has a notorious reputation for squalid conditions and dangerous risks for inmates.
The facility is currently under a 23-hour lockdown after an inmate was stabbed to death earlier this month, and Wolf’s attorneys have attempted to spare him from this fate by converting his “apartment (into) the MDC.”
They added that allowing him to stay in his Manhattan apartment with a GPS monitor “would allow him to eat, shower and not be killed.”
But the judge cited the “very troubling” charges against Wolf as the reason he rejected the proposal, saying that releasing the porn star “could not reasonably ensure the safety of the community.”
Wolf faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the charges against him, including distribution and receipt of child pornography, as well as possession of child pornography.
The adult film star walked into Manhattan federal court on Friday afternoon to confront the situation, before turning to her companion of 10 years in the gallery and mouthing, “I’m sorry.”
He was caught in an FBI sting operation, after he allegedly exchanged disgusting videos with the anonymous target of a bureau investigation.
The two allegedly used the encrypted app Telegram to exchange horrific content, which authorities said included a video of a 10-year-old girl tied up and raped.
Reports say that an undercover FBI agent zeroed in on Wolf after finding him through the investigation’s anonymous target, who confirmed his identity by speaking to him through the target’s Telegram account.
Wolf’s Manhattan apartment was raided by the FBI following the operation in April, where cops reportedly found hundreds of videos of child pornography on an SD card in his computer room.
One of Wolf’s latest social media posts chillingly reads: “Have you seen what happens to little kids who follow me into the lockdown room?”

Federal prosecutor Damian Williams said after his arrest this week: ‘As alleged, Justin Heath Smith received and distributed hundreds of recordings containing child pornography, including a gruesome video showing a girl tied up, beaten and raped.
‘Our investigation into Smith is ongoing and we urge anyone with information about Smith’s conduct to call the FBI.
“Together with our law enforcement partners, we will relentlessly pursue those predators who victimize children and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.”
It’s not the first time Wolf has made headlines for the wrong reasons, after he was caught having a mid-flight romp with a flight attendant in 2018.
Footage emerged of the two having sex inside a plane bathroom, with the Delta staff member still wearing his uniform when they were caught.
