A popular influencer died in a horrific accident after being hit by two vehicles while crossing a major road.
Demaris D. Martinez, 28, died early Saturday morning while attempting to cross Route 17 in Paramus, New Jersey, on foot.
Police responded to the scene after receiving reports that a pedestrian was hit around 3:30 a.m. They said he was hit by a car and then a truck.
Authorities said she was initially hit by a white Kia driven by a 42-year-old man, and then by a tractor-trailer driven by a 65-year-old man.
Martinez, of Hillsdale, was popular on YouTube and Facebook, amassing nearly 50,000 followers on the latter.
