A woman nicknamed “Poolside Karen” for her tirade against a Latino family told police: “I’m not usually a racist.”
Blair Featherman, 49, launched the attack on the group for hosting a pool party in Colorado over the July 4 weekend.
A video uploaded by a Latino family member to TikTok shows her becoming so angry that she had to be restrained by a man she was with.
Newly released Lakewood Police body camera footage provided more details about what happened after the altercation.
Featherman called the family “trash” and “nasty” and told an officer “they don’t belong here.”

Blair Featherman, 49, launched the attack on the group for hosting a pool party in Colorado over the July 4 weekend.
Police were called to the scene following the altercation in which Featherman told them to “get back down to Denver.”
Bodycam footage, obtained by The messengershows her saying to an officer, “I’m usually not racist at all.
“But I’ll tell you, they come, and they come for their party, they’re trashy, they’re mean, and they don’t belong here. I’m paying for that.
She is also heard complaining that the family she had a falling out with wouldn’t be arrested “because they’re Latinos.”
Featherman later claims they are in a gang, without providing any evidence.
Members of the Latino family told officers that they resided at the luxury Alta Green Mountain resort and had in fact paid to rent the clubhouse for a family party.
The two independent witnesses, who live at the resort, told police that Featherman was behind the ordeal.
“She said some weird, super racist bullshit, she got really aggressive,” one told an officer.
While another said: “(Featherman) started it all; she said you didn’t belong here”, before adding that the woman had told him to “return to Mexico”.
But Featherman told an officer she had video that showed her being attacked by the group.
However, an officer is heard to say that his clip shows nothing “criminal”.
“I know a cop, and that’s bullshit,” she replies. It then appears that she is calling the officer she knows and trying to get him to talk on the phone with the people at the scene.
But the responding officer says he can’t press charges until she can prove there was an assault.
Featherman says, “I get it, I get it. These days, people get by just fine – because they’re Latinos.

She denied family claims that she hit a 14-year-old girl who was recording her during the tirade, but later admitted she tried to take her phone.
“I’m sure she (says that) – they want to kill any white person,” Featherman claims.
“Let her go claim it. I’ll see her in court!
The original video shared on TikTok shows her complaining about the group – while calling them ‘garbage’ and saying they should ‘go back to Denver’.
Drawing a crowd of several people – and eventually the police – she continues to scream and harass the family in the clip, at one point shouting “Get out of the fuck.”
“Yes, it’s true”, we hear in the clip the woman in a bikini, visibly annoyed by the presence of the group. “You’re throwing a fucking Mexican pool party. »
At this point, Featherman approaches the woman filming, before physically addressing her.
‘You can not do that. You can’t just record me,” she says before removing the phone from the hands of the person filming.
The merged footage then cuts to what is presumed to be a few minutes later, with Featherman now being held down by a male member of his own group on one of the pool deck chairs.
While this is happening, she continues to lash out at the family because of her presence.
Several begin circling and arguing with Featherman – as she continues to scream while attempting to confront the now angry group.
Amid the commotion, he can still be heard uttering xenophobic statements, such as “Fuck out” and “get down to Denver.”
Featherman continues to scream and scream for almost the entire duration of the video, which is just under a minute long.
When one of the victims asks her to leave the pool herself, she is heard to reply that she lives in Lakewood, the affluent suburb where the resort is located.

Featherman said it was her who was attacked by a group of women, but the released video carefully avoided showing this.
She told the group that they should “go back to Denver”. The ordeal took place at his apartment complex, where condos cost up to $6,500 a month to rent.
At one point, he is heard angrily saying to the family, who was having a pool party, “I live here, where you from nowhere, you low-class fucking slime.”
The video then cuts to a shot of at least three police officers arriving at the scene.
They are seen talking to Featherman and the man holding her down, before the clip ends.
Featherman previously told Dailymail.com that she was tricked into making ill-thought-out comments by an aspiring model who was desperate for views on TikTok.
And she said she was the one who was attacked by a group of women, but the video released didn’t show it.
“I tried to keep quiet and not comment on it, but there are things the video doesn’t show,” art consultant Featherman said.
“I am not racist. It has been deceptively edited and assembled to tell a story that is not true.
She said she was attacked after complaining that the group was breaking rules regarding the number of guests a resort resident could bring to the pool.
She admits she was wrong to take the bait and get involved in an argument, but said things had evolved into exasperation.
Featherman told DailyMail.com the group was loud and there were too many people around the pool who didn’t live in Alta Green Mountain.
That’s when things got out of hand, she claimed, saying the band members started shouting racist epithets at her and filming her as she sat by the pool . “They called me white bitch and white this and white that,” she said.
“I was already having a bad day,” Featherman said. “But it was too much.”
As she picked up the phone, she claimed to have been physically assaulted.
