The jury trial of a former Las Vegas police officer accused of killing his ex-son-in-law began earlier this week.

“Ms. Bordeaux’s perception of imminent danger is consistent with evidence of Mr. Babbitt’s escalating and volatile behavior.”
The psychologist reviewed Babbitt’s records after his death and referred to emails and text messages between the deceased and his ex-wife.

In another exchange referenced in the report, Babbitt’s ex-wife asked him what animals he watched having sex.
‘Girls with dogs, girls with horses and one who had a girl with a pig. Again, I can clarify anything you need to clarify,’ she replied.
The Bordeaux trial is expected to last about two weeks; She previously posted her own $1 million bail.
