Police urgently appeal to 12-year-old boy who went missing in Brisbane yesterday

Police have issued an urgent appeal to locate a 12-year-old boy after he went missing in Brisbane yesterday morning.

The boy was last seen yesterday at his home in Eight Mile Plains and has been described as about 150cm tall and of Indian descent.

The schoolboy has brown hair and was last seen wearing a red shirt and black shorts.

The Queensland Police Department placed the call for help on Thursday morning.

“Police and family are concerned for his well-being as this behavior is not appropriate for his age,” a spokesperson said.

Anyone with information about the boy’s current whereabouts or believes to have seen him is urged to contact police immediately.
