Kyle Sandilands’ $13 million Vaucluse mansion was surrounded by police on Sunday night after thieves targeted his street in Sydney’s affluent eastern suburbs.

Speaking about the ordeal on Tuesday’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the radio star revealed that more than 30 officers with sniffer dogs descended on her street following reports that a trio of thieves had broken into several properties in the area.

“So my security guard wakes me up around 2:30 a.m. with intruder alerts around the perimeter of the house,” the 53-year-old shock jock said.

“In my house there are different sounds depending on whether there are people entering the property or whether they are inside the house or something like that.”

When he asked what the fuss was about, security informed him that it was the police who had set off Kyle’s alarm, not the intruders.

‘I said, “What’s going on here? Is there anyone on the property?” “They were the police,” he continued.

“Apparently a lot of people were robbed on my street last night.”

Kyle added that his street would be a perfect target for thieves and the reason his property didn’t attract the attention of criminals was because there were plenty of more attractive targets.

“I’m the most broke bitch on my street,” she said.

‘We have billionaires, we have the owner of DoorDash or one of those things. The Murdochs lived there at one time.

He went on to explain that police asked Kyle to enter his property with dogs so they could continue the search for the alleged thieves.

“The boys are running away.” said. “There are about 30 police officers on my street, it’s chaos.”

He also found time to praise the athleticism of the New South Wales Police.

‘They (the dogs) sniffed around and this giant cop was jumping eight-foot fences like it was nothing. “He was an awesome guy.”

Kyle added that he wasn’t sure how the drama ended because he really wanted to go back to sleep.

‘I don’t know if they caught the boys or not. I said I’m going back upstairs.

The daily telegraph reported that two intruders remain at large and that police investigations are ongoing.
