The shocking footage shows the end of a chase after a business near the Gateway Plaza shopping center was broken into on Friday, Vallejo police said told KRON4.
Police allege the suspect was driving recklessly and crashed into a truck in the area of Auto Mall Pkwy and Admiral Callaghan Lane.

The suspect, wearing jeans and a white sweater, then resisted arrest and tried to escape, police said.
The video, taken by a civilian in a car, shows an officer pulling the woman out of the car door, slamming her into the nearby truck, before pulling her to the ground and punching her in the face. The officer then restrains the woman and sits on her head.
After the woman is handcuffed, the officer picks her up from the floor and forcibly walks her away from the camera.
Both the woman and the police officer were injured during the arrest, police told KRON4.
The suspect was injured in the car accident and the officer was injured while trying to arrest the woman. The woman is currently in police custody, authorities said.
The name of the suspect and the officer involved in the arrest have not yet been released.
